Vancouver/Whistler

Right after getting home from Little Rock, we quickly re packed and headed to Vancouver for a few days to celebrate new years eve.

Friday- After crossing the border, we headed to Cypress Mountain, just a short 30 minute drive from Vancouver to hit the slopes. After a good day of boarding, we headed to Market, a Jean-Georges restaurant in the Shangri-la hotel downtown.

Saturday, we woke up early and drove the hour fourty-five minute drive to Whistler. Not only was the village charm amazing, but the runs were awesome! 

Sunday- We had an DELICIOUS brunch at the Teahouse in Stanley Park. Afterwards, we explored the park, wandered through downtown, and headed to Granville Island to check out the market.

Monday- We headed back up to Whistler. My knees were sore from Friday and Saturday, so I decided to take the day off to explore the village and so some shopping. Later that evening, we rung in 2013 at a party at the Telus Science World.
